The 100ml of raw Xtol per roll is for Kodak TMax film and possibly Delta 
films. Other, non tab grain films, don't suffer from this requirement. 
Tests are in order.

Mark Rabiner simply extends development time to compensate for too much 
film in too little developer. And his stuff is as good as it gets!
