Yeah, but imagine what that would look like projected.

On "2001: a space odyssey" they built a liquid cooled 8x10 "slide" projector
for the rear projection shots used in the prehistoric Africa sequence at the
beginning of the film. I can't imagine how big that thing was. I've seen the
regular 35mm or VistaVision models and they look like an ion canon out of
Star Wars.
