Frankly, one of the most fascinating things about looking at Michael's
earlier work, and then seeing this book - which, as Phong noted - but
perhaps not quite as bluntly, shows up all previous "Big Dig" books to
be the colander art they are - is how it displays the evolution and
growth of Michael Hintlian's vision and personal style throughout the
years of the project

with the caveat that the images on the screen don't
do the prints much justice.
