Hi Feli,

I never count how many rolls but I've replaced two sets of batteries in 1 
1/2 years in one M7 and the other two M7's I don't re-call changing either 
in a year.

If you're burning a bunch of batteries then I'd have to offer you have a 
problem and Leica should check it.
