I love my IIIc with either an early nickel elmar that was later coated, 
summar or jupiter f/1.5 lens.  It's hard to beat even though I had to have 
the shutter curtains replaced in it and get a recent cla.  They are much 
better in use than on a shelf.

I wouldn't call it a beater though, it has a style that the blocky M cameras 
don't really get right.
