I think that the labs RA-4 processor is seriously out of control.  For
the paper to be creamy it sounds a whole lot like the bleach is whacked
and their stabilizer hasn't been changed this millennium.

George, you might ask to see the control strip plot for the day they did
your prints: I suspect that D-min is off the chart and probably HD-LD is
twenty points high.
