I've been using HC110 (dilution B I think, I'm away from my darkroom) 
without any problem with old Tri-X, Fuji Acros 100, FP4 and HP5. It's 
a fine developer.

I think it's a lot fussier than D76 though. I'm out of my basement 
and using my school's darkroom, which has a very nice controllable 
water bath, so the accuracy of my temperature/time-control has 
improved greatly.
