It may sound strange, but for me it is a mind set thing. I cannot shoot  b&w 
knowing there is colour film in the camera. Now I have changed to  digital, 
I 
have to switch to b&w on the digital camera to shoot in b&w.  Just a mind 
thing, and totally stupid I know.
