It is a pretty clear case of copyright infringement and I bet that some oily lawyer type could take this on consignment: you don't really care what you make, you only want to cost them out of business. Maybe they could change their logo to give donations to Kyle as we owe him and his 50% lawyer three or four hundred thousand dollars in commercial copy right infringement. By asking for money and stealing your image to do it they are the perfect target. UPenn I am sure has some really good lawyers that need to make some pocket change.
