I thought they'd be totally grossed out by it, but they not only chowed down and finished them, they ordered more in the hotel room that night and took a jar of one of the necessary ingredients home with them on the plane. They also ate beignets at least once a day and took the mix home with them, and also some chicory coffee. I've become used to all of these odd foods, but the visitors are enamored of them. Do come down and visit...Sonny will drive down too!!!!
