Maybe someone already responded, but do we know what those prices would be
worth in today's dollars?  What was $100 worth in today's dollars in 1964?
(The only reference I can think of this minute is the hospital bill for my
birth, in 1960. I think it was about $165.00, about the cost of a 1964
Summicron!)
