[Leica] FS: Lens Adapters or, getting B.D. to use R glass

Actually, the Gandy adapter and the Olympus E1 seems an eminently
sensible way to get into digital using the wonderful R lenses. Any
caveats one should worry about (beyond the obvious loss of automation
which is fine with me and the focal length change)?
