Depends on how "nit-picky" I'm feeling ;-)

If I had to guess, I'd say one out of every 40, but that's a question like 
"how many good negatives do you get per roll?"  Some days I'll multi-scan 
almost every negative, other times I'll go for a week without having to 
multi-scan anything.  Depends on the light and shadows and how the preview 
looks.
