Subject: [Leica] Coolscan 5000 out of the box

Slobodan,
Well, Canon still thinks they make scanners:

http://www.powershot.com/powershot2/fs4000/index.html

and a Google search turns up:

http://pcmag.shopping.com/xPC-Canon_CanoScan_FS4000US~S-2~OR-0

Of course, I wouldn't Smile Photo with a used wad of gum but that is
just me.

I checked B&H's site for a Canon scanner, and found none to be had.
Anyone
know if Canon has quit making scanners?
