[Leica] Help with Microsoft Outlook

Recently I switched to Outlook (not Outlook Express) as my mail program in
order to avoid the myriad spam messages.
When responding to a LUG post I see the following string with the member's
name but without the members address:

[mailto:lug-bounces+joecodi=clearsightusa.com@leica-users.org] On Behalf Of
(member's name) <<<

This makes it difficult if not impossible to respond to the LUG member
privately.
Can someone give me a clue as to what I can do to have the address be part
of the string?
