I've explained this several times. Your ISP is blocking messages from the LUG, believing them to be spam. There is no member of the LUG who can help you with this. Only your ISP can fix this problem.

The "bouncing back" message that you refer to is one that the LUG sends each morning from a non-LUG source address, telling you how many messages addressed to you were "bounced" in the previous 24 hours. Your ISP is returning the messages as undeliverable. This is what "bounce" means. The message that you don't like is the daily summary sent to people whose ISP bounced one or more messages.
