Even though I lived and worked in Lancashire (Burnley), I cannot
disagree with your statements, except a MOGGIE is a CAT, not
gingerbread. You also left out Toffee Pudding.

BTW, my wife thinks that the best part of the North of England is
NORTH OF ENGLAND, namely, Scotland.
