I think this all goes a long way to illustrate just how tough Tri-X is. 
You can use it decades out of date, develop it decades after exposure, 
heat it, freeze it, put it the dishwasher, use it for a hockey puck, 
build castles with it, ballast a ship with it... whatever; it will 
still deliver the results.

The fact they ship it all over the world before offering it cheap, 
doesn't matter at all.
