Rumor has it that that is exactly what the shutter advance lever is for
- - oddly enough ;-). The idea of a digital RF that operates very
similarly to a film RF has real appeal to me; I like the idea that I'd
have to cock the shutter after each shot.

Don't forget that unless a motor is added the shutter will need cocking 
:-) how close to a Bessa will it be!
