First Indication of Trouble: film strips inserted are rejected immediately and a flashing green status light is displayed when a scan is requested. Using the single-slide adapter and the metal film strip adapter I can scan a single frame. Software is up to date and VueScan gives the same behavior. So I'm thinking it's a scanner problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. No error messages reported although VueScan does give an error about auto focus. I'd GREATLY appreciate any suggestions.
