Erik,

At one time, during the early 90's, this outfit was the best place to get
underwater photography equipment. I bought from the several times without a
hitch until they decided they were not interested in shipping merchandise to
Mexico any more. From that point on, I've made B&H my all around supplier of
photo gear, with exceptional occasions when I buy from KEH and Porter's some
oddball item.

Have you tried calling them on the phone? I'm aware how expensive
international calls can get (I don't know where you are located) but
sometimes it's the only way out of an uncomfortable situation.

By the way, after several dozen perfect deals with them, I can vouch for B&H
as serious, honorable and reliable merchants.

Good luck with your quest,

- --Jorge.
