The product you want is PEC-12.  It is a wonderful photo emulsion 
cleaner (thus the name).  Spray a little on and wipe it off with a soft 
cloth.  Most photo dealers carry it along with the special cloth-like 
squares that work with it.  You might want to unmount the slides first.
