Indeed, Minneapolis will be cold.
I worked an assignment there over the winter in the mid-80s. Arrived at 
the airport to pick up a car. Waited 45 minutes before the car was 
ready. Was given a form to sign that acknowledged that if the car could 
not start because of the cold, it was my responsibility to get it back 
to the rental company. I asked why the wait was so long. They said -- 
car would not start. I tore up the rental contract and took a cab.
Also -- do not sneeze in the direction of anyone you like. It turns into 
buckshot at -28F.
