Subject: [Leica] Saturation in Color Neg Films

I need advise on color neg. film. Up to now I've been using the usual very
tame materials. But I need a very fine grain film, with hyper saturation, to
the point of garishness, and won't color shift with over exposure.
I had one recommendation for the Agfa Ultra 100, but I hear that over
exposure will cause a slight shift to yellow.
Any other suggestions?
TIA,
