Jerry,
  Not to mislead, but I suspect all of these were done in a studio with
medium format.  He loves M cameras but, as he puts it, is 'wrong eyed' and
his nose gets in the way :->

I have put this book on my Christmas want list.  Any guy that uses a
Leica and drives a Porsche can do no wrong!
