Beat 3 eggs thoroughly with 2/3 cup sugar, dash salt, 1 c corn syrup (either dark or light - I like light) and 1/3 c. butter, melted. Add 1 cup pecan halves ...Pour into 9-in. unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven (350ยบ) 50 minutes or till knife inserted halfway beween center and edge comes out clean!! Courtesy of my loving spouse: Jan.
