For your purpose, I would definitely
consider the Cosina Voigtlander 35mm f1.2 lens
instead of the Noctilux.  The CV lens is of the 
right lens angle for you, and is only 1/2 a stop 
from the Noctilux.  By just about all accounts, 
it is as good as the Leica 35mm Summmilux APSH, 
from the likes of Ted Grant, Tom Abrahamsson, 
and others on and off list.  

I have the 35mm Summilux Asph, or otherwise would
almost certainly have gotten the Cosina Voigtlander 
lens.
