I found a new magazine and book publisher (or at least they are new to me).

Trolley Publishers - http://www.trolleynet.com/ - They appear to be only
a year old but fanatical publishers of photo essays.

Foto 8 - www.foto8.com/ -  A quarterly magazine of photo essays.
