I just use Wash 'N Dri's or some other antibiotic, water-free soap. I take iodine tablets with me and have actually gotten used to the taste of iodine dissolved in creek water. It's not nearly as good as Lagavulin, though! The Lagavulin is saved until I get back to the hotel with the medical brigade. For the week that I'm with the family, it's iodine water or nothing!! Nobody else on the trip is subject to that, though. The things that I do for a few photographs!
