Yep - I use it that way. It moves nicely from the HOOK into the right hand. If you
insert your fingers in the SLING before releasing the HOOK, you have no chance of
dropping your precious ;-). One thing I do find is that, with the camera connected
with the HOOK on one lug and hanging from the left shoulder, it bounces and turns
quite a bit. This is not too comfortable.
