I think you've made the right choice for you.  When I first picked up 
the MP, I felt the same way but since I have a M6 and the functions of 
the MP are basically the same as the M6 (with respect to the film 
advance lever and the film rewind lever), I'll look closely at the M7 
before I decide on a second body.  Who knows....it could be the MP as it 
affected me in much the same way as it did you.
