I used a large suitcase sized Pelikan case to keep the moisture out (when I
lived in steamy NC).  Now, living in the Arizona desert, I use the Pelikan
case to store my cigars (to keep the moisture in).

Inexpensive, airtight, indestructable, and butt-ugly industrial in
appearance.
