Greg,
The lens itself is a fine performer, only a bit less contrast than the
35 Summicron IV.  Sharpness wise it is mighty fine.  Whether you get
along with the eyes, only you can determine.  Some like the adjustment;
others think it is like looking through a tunnel.  I suspect that if you
wear glasses, you will get along fine, and if you don't wear glasses
then just use the whole window on your M3.

I've found  one of these lenses in user condition c/w eyes. I thought it

would eliminate the need for an external finder with an M3 but how does 
this lens actually perform?
