Tom - the flip answer would be ' depends on which state!'

I will give my honest opinion - I think that the photo is not a bad one 
- - in fact I have a similar one in my files - makes a good member of a 
collection of street photography.  But as a stand alone I think it 
would fall short.  This is based on my experience at the NY state fair 
which I attend religiously to continue my photography but also to see 
the juried exhibit.  All this aside you might find the experience 
interesting and it's not a bad way to get your feet wet.

On a side note - any Upstate LUGGERS going tothe NYS Fair?   Carl?  
Beuhler?   ....... Beuhler?    Anyone?
