Thanks for your precision, Jean-Michel.  However, in 1956, on the occasion
of the 200th anniversary of the company, the FAMILY issued a press release
printed in almost all camera magazines of the era which asked two things:

a)	Don't kill yourself over the umlaut, and, 
b)	There is no "h" in the name.  

The family suggested the following order:

a)	Voigtlander for those whose fount selections does not include an "ä"
b)	Voigtländer where an "ä" is available.
c)	Voigtlaender is a third option, of which the family disapproved.
