I had never heard of Spring cookware... Now I know why.  This is aluminium
nostick! no stick!   yeeeech.  How the hell can you deglaze a nostick pan.
THis is the auto-focus, matrix-gee whiz auto exposure equivilent in the
cookware world.

Nostick for the occasional egg perhaps... not good for much else

no stick!
