It is sort of like an M7 -- aperture priority automation, solid as a rock, not too heavy, great viewfinder (with interchangeable everything). Motor only if you need it. I love it. Having written that, I now wonder why I even covet an M7 to supplement my M6. I guess I just saved a bunch of money :-). They stayed in production until very recently. F4 and F5 were/are too heavy for anyone except young pros. - -- Clive http://clive.moss.net > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > [mailto:owner-leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us] On Behalf Of Don Dory > Sent: Wednesday, July 09, 2003 9:38 PM > To: leica-users@mejac.palo-alto.ca.us > Subject: RE: [Leica] Full circle with Nikons > > > Ok guys and gals, > Nikon got caught with their pants down with the F3.
