A film scanner does not use a Bayer pattern filter. They use a linear sensor, either tri-linear (one line for each color) or uni-linear (three passes, with a new filter for each color), or...there is a scanner on the market (Nikon) that changes the colors of the light source and uses a tri-linear sensor...but because of bugs, uses it in a uni-linear mode and takes three exposures for each line, one exposure per color...
