If we were collectively to confine ourselves to discussions of what we actually *know," then the LUG will soon come to resemble little more than especially affected FAQ. Speaking of which, my CV 28/1.9 has developed an annoyingly stiff focus. I tried the lighter-fluid solution, but it made no improvement. Does anyone know of someone who can do a quick and dirty CLA of the helicoid and a relube to adjust the focusing tension? I don't need a rocket scientist or a Wetzlar-trained elf to do this, just a competent technician. I'd do it myself, but I've got to many projects on the bench as it stands. The marriage could have been a sham, a volatile mix, a sterile match winding down for years, whatever. It's your kind of facile speculation about issues and situations to which none of us are privy that are much more inappropriate to this forum (or any forum) than Shell's legal counsel making a few abstruse comments about the case.
