Subject: [Leica] Metz 32-Z-1 flash on a G16 grip

Has anyone used the 32-Z-1 flash on a  Metz G 16 grip with a non TTL M6?

I am trying to determine if I need a SCA3501 or 3502 adapter for this 
setup.  Or, can I merely get a sync cable to run from the flash to the 
cable port on the back of the camera?

As always, any suggestions are appreciated.
