I vote its in that grey area between quality control and mechanical build design. I really do. They could design an easier lens to build and align but apparently they don't. Its a person running a very high quality alignment machine. Barbra Streisand comes on the speakers singing "Evergreen" and everything goes out of whack; the person's eys's fog over.
