Rafael,
I wouldn't condemn all 28 Summicrons based on the sample  provided.  I
suspect this one is flawed and needs to be returned.  For example, last week
one of the group complained that his/her 24 ASPH flared like crazy: yet I
can not make mine flare, even when shooting diagonally into the sun.

My personal belief is that the Leitz designs are very build sensitive.  So
if an element is a little out of place then really bad things happen.  That
might be why all aspheric lenses go back to Solms for repair.

I can say that many on this list treasure the performance of their 28.
