Lew,

Film wins for me there. I drop my film off at a local store, and presto, I
get back double prints, and I can lay the stacks of them on the kitchen
table, and anyone can thumb through them and take the ones I want. Yes,
SOME people can do that with a digital camera, but that is not true
everywhere, and is certainly not that easy.

You can scan film, and output it on any media you can print any digital
photo on...

Er, huh?

Again, scanning makes for the same ability.

Well, er, ah...film is FAR more archival than digital files are! And,
again, you can always scan the film...
