Thanks Jerry,

Mixed up communication cut our SHH stay short by one day so they booked us 
down the road at the Lighthouse Retreat, a very different place to stay. 
Virginia and her son Max (bottom photo) are the owners. She is also a 
photographer which was an added bonus to the stay. 3 bedrooms face out the 
front windows and there's a guest cottage. Bring your own food and cook it 
up in the community kitchen and living area. The Living area is all bright 
colored like the stairwell shot. I met a nice group of people and wish I 
was staying longer.

And as per the Rare Duck. We ate at another place down the road called 
Point No Point. Had some of the best scallops first course and DUCK for the 
main. Sliced into that breast and low and behold...MEDIUM RARE!! MMmmmm  ;D 
Anyway it was a great meal for the $$
