G'day Mark from down under Atlanta.
There is no problem with flare wide open on either the 75 or 80mm Summilux
wide open.  The center 6-10mm image circle conveys very fine detail at 1.4.

Now, if you don't want to do limited DOF experiments then the 90 is indeed
for you.  It is a ported over from the M lens with differences in the
aperture to accommodate an SLR.
