Rollei 35 SE and TE do not need to be converted, as their metering system uses a very fine voltage regulator in the circuit. If you send me your address I will send you the circuit diagram. Minox makes a beautiful battery holder to use 4 very cheap hearing aid cells in the SE and TE. Of course as you say, the M5 as well as the CL are no problem.
