That's a different answer to a different question - Obviously, if the
minister says only rangefinders, then that's the equipment you use.
Interestingly enough, about a year ago when I  shot a wedding in a tiny,
200-year-old church with just my Ms - I was right up next to the altar -
my daughter, who was assisting me and was sitting in the back of the
church, told me she heard every single shot I took... :-)

 I recently shot a wedding in a church in Dallas where the minister
would only allow rangefinder cameras without motordrives to be used
during the ceremony!
