What, EXACTLY, do you mean by "released"?  It has to wait until AFTER the
shutter is finished, or you'd get premature winding...  I know my M Motor
doesn't do a thing until after I take pressure off the shutter release, long
after the shutter is released.

Do you happen to know how the body signals the winder to "wind"?  It seems
to be through the tension in the little engage pin on the bottom, but I
haven't been able to replicate it to get the winder to fire off the camera.
