Is the camel dung more readily removed, or the cow dung? Only > YOU have done 50% of this test, so you must complete the enquiry. > After all, enquiring minds want to know!<<<< Now Marc if it's your inquiring mind I'd go for it and you tell us. ;-) As you well know from military experience, one never volunteers! :-) And having done the dung detail once, you surely would understand I'd not want to go through it again, camel nor cow! ;-) As I don't think, although the M6 in question has been retired since the M7 became a member of the crew, it would want to go through the endeavors of cleaning cow s...t off the front element. :-) . Actually I think the event may have given a better Leica Cow coating to the front f 1.0 element and my pictures may have improved since. ;-) And as I learned many years ago, if 50% pass mark is as good as a 100%, why try for the 100% ? ;-) And at my age once is enough compared to my younger days when "once was never enough!" ;-) ted Ted Grant Photography Limited www.islandnet.com/~tedgrant - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
