The word is "synchronizer", and they haven't been made in 40 years.

On a IIIc, it's usually best to have a good technician install a set of X
contacts in the shutter mechanism.

Most external add-on synchronizers were for flash bulbs, not electronic
flash.  They were not very reliable.
